2 to 3 fresh small farm grown herbs selected monthly and 4 to 5 ounces of a mixture of sunflower, pea, salad mix, broccoli, radish, corn and many others.
Microgreens
8 to 10 ounces of a mixture of sunflower, pea, salad mix, broccoli, radish, corn and many others. Extremely nutritious and delicious.
